We stayed for a night, last minute booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the state of the room, very clean and organized. Bed was comfy! Super impressed by the water pressure in the shower. Didnt have a chance to get the breakfast. Parking was a breeze, lots of spots and easy to get around. Great hotel location!

The property isn't far from downtown kingston. It has free wifi, parking, free breakfast and the main level rooms go straight into the parking lot. There isn't an elevator on site, the handicap parking reverses into a horizontal spot if you're not careful and there is an initial smell so open the door for fresh air. Not bad for the price, would come back.

The hotel is very accessible by car and it is both clean outside the establishment and inside the our room. The staff (receptionist) during our stay was amazing. I asked if I can leave my luggage at the hotel since my check in is at 3 pm, but I was already there at 9:30 am for an important event so I can’t bring all my stuff. Thankfully, I was offered to check in early to accommodate my situation without a fee! Also, the breakfast is amazing!
