Great location, near major routes. Tucked away in nice spot, short distance from roadside. But minimal signage, and challenging even with GPS.
Attractive surroundings. Restaurant adjacent.
a little smelly and stale. sheets and room was clean enough. it seems like a lot of people live there long term?

Adequate but boring
It was fine for an overnight stay-- nice Mexican restaurant next door. Almost no amenities in the winter and kind of in the middle of nowhere. Bed was comfortable enough and had a frig and TV-- most channels were fuzzy.

The property was tidy and presentable. Management was fair and did process my registration quickly. However, there was no food or coffee on location. There was a pool and a small play area for kids only.
What I really did not care for was no reset of room for my second day. Only one small garbage can in the room has not been emptied for day 2!
I liked having the restaurant close by. My room was across from a very noisy customer. The lighting was very dim and the bathroom motion sensor light was not a good feature. The light went out while I was in the shower and it was pitch black in the bathroom until I stepped out of the shower and activated the light with motion.

The first room had 5-6 bees in it but they quickly gave us another room. This was a low price hotel and the room was clean and bed comfortable. That’s all we were looking for and the price was right. Just a few cosmetic issues, squeaky floor, soap dish falling off wall. Refrigerator not functioning, which I wouldn’t have noticed except the door was propped open. You get what you pay for.
This hotel is clearly in transition - you can see they are working on fixing the conditions which are very poor. Room is dirty and smells bad, poor lighting, needs paint and new carpet, mattress. They should not be renting these rooms until they are finished. If you are looking for cheap though, this is it. On the plus side, the adjacent Mexican restaurant was excellent. No need to travel for dinner.
Few not renovated rooms availables above the office, others rooms rent as permanent residence for family. Pictures on the site are not showing the real condition of that Hotel.
This place is a dump.
It shouldn't even be recommended on Expedia.
The room was cheap, but horrible.
Luckily, the manager was amenable to cancelling our room reservation and refunding my deposit.

2 queen size beds in a single king size room. 1 king size headboard on the wall. No lamps or lighting pther than the overhead light.
The carpet was stained.
The air conditioner worked only minimally
The room smelled of cigarette smoke.
They had no alternate room, so we left and made other arrangements.
