I felt for a Holiday Inn, we found the property to be well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast was extensive with many offerings. The location was perfect and our room had a great view if the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Kingston, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable, with friendly staff and everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Kingston.

This is my first time in Kingston to visit my family and I am so happy that I picked this hotel the staff was amazing everything was so clean and the location was absolutely perfect. My only downfall was the restaurant was a little expensive however it was within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants so it really wasn't an issue because I wanted to try things in the town. I will definitely be staying again

We last stayed here during Covid and had such an awful experience that we left part way through our booking and vowed never to stay here again…roll on now and WOW, what a difference! The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are amazingly helpful, checking in was a breeze & the hotel bar is a lovely spot to have a few drinks and the desserts are delicious! The room was very clean and spacious - we will be staying here when we are next back in Kingston!

Extremely convenient and surprisingly quiet location for hitting the downtown! The washroom was a bit too small for the size of the room I had but as far as it was clean and well stocked, that’s all that matters! Also, the hallways and doors were NOT soundproof. I could hear kids running up and down the hallway all throughout the day (but that’s kids being kids).
