We met your friends the Mayflies!!! The screen on the sliding door to the balcany was torn and needed replaced, and the smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling in the room. We did appreciate that you were going through some major renovations though! Place was looking nice! Great view of the harbour and would love to stay again on our next trip to Kingston

Our deluxe room (a corner room overlooking the harbour) was dated and had ants crawling in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast which was $22.00 each was a buffet. Parking was free. Location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was great, the food was great with large portions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Dinner menu was 5 star.
