Our deluxe room (a corner room overlooking the harbour) was dated and had ants crawling in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast which was $22.00 each was a buffet. Parking was free. Location of the hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was great, the food was great with large portions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Dinner menu was 5 star. This hotel is beautifully located and the building what you would expect for Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean and somehow, even though it was clearly at capacity with younger guests and teams, they kept things very peaceful. The staff is exceptional. I had to speak to the ladies at the front desk for various things and each was professional, courtesy and made the experience very pleasant. I recommend this property if you are staying in Kingston.
