This used to be my go to hotel when I am visiting in kingston, this time we were given an outdated room with terrible beds the mattresses were caved in and pillows were bad, last few times we stayed in a totally different floor it seems. Breakfast was basic, parking was great.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a bigger pool, because it got crowded fast and maybe more places to sit down to eat breakfast. It still was a beautiful hotel to stay.

Very clean and quiet everywhere you look - in the room, bathroom and common areas throughout the hotel. On the second day, they did not make up the room until 6:30pm causing some inconvenience as we were getting ready to go out.

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly. The pool was warm and my kids loved it. The only thing missing was bacon at breakfast (I love bacon, who doesn’t?!). 😆 I would definitely stay again.
