I was in a bike ride from Buffalo to NYC. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. I was looking forward to getting my muscles relaxed after a long bike ride. The hot tub was closed. There was no mention of it being down on their website. I should have called to confirm it was operable. Nice hotel otherwise, even if you have to pay for breakfast when most others offer it for free.
