Wonderful staff - pleasant, welcoming, helpful. Clean room every day. Breakfast was over the top, better than expected. And yes, balcony had a nice touch to being outside and having the view of the park, without going downstairs.

Nice hotel next to Emancipation park for a safe, happy peaceful 1/2 mile loop jogging/walking track. Gym is nice for travel amenities. Pool is a shallow wading pool. Smoking area is one bench without a covering, many people have to stand in the rain or near main entrance. Would be nice to add a smoking area by the pool bar area.
