The location and facilities were good, though some of the room finishes, such as the carpets and showers, need updating. Unfortunately, some of the staff weren’t so keen to serve returning Jamaican national guests. One waitress was parparticularly rude, and the bartenders didn’t know basic cocktail recipes and were slow to research them, for example.
