The room was very clean and nicely updated. Kitchenette was well equipped. Bathroom was beautifully updated. The outdoor space with large grassy area and seating at the waterfront was beautiful. Large grassy area was great for my dog. Very lovely staff.

Our stay at Bayside was very nice. The room was nice and we especially enjoyed sitting on the patio beside the water. It was very private like renting a cottage for the weekend. I would book a room there again for sure.

Great Kingston vacation stay

This is a great little boutique hotel, well renovated - with ogoing renovations. Collins Bay frontage. They are renovating the rooms in turn. Heating was 'curious' but worked. Loved the place

The property is on the lake the owners are great people. I was in the room upstairs felt like home for some reason. It would be sweet in July for sure. Awesome

We stayed for an overnight trip, it was decent. Some cob webs on the roof and a lot of dusk under the bed. However the staff was super friendly and it was an overall nice place to stay

Was on the water front, with ample seating, clean and well taken care of. Buildings and parking lots very clean and neat. Had a constant companion, the train witch is right across the street and ran multiple times day and night horn blowing as there was a crossing their.

A no-frills hotel. Management is nice, but clearly out of sorts. Don't believe the advertisement that breakfast is included -- it is NOT! Rooms and furnishings are dated, but clean.

It was raining on the day when we arrived. They allowed us to checked early. The room we stayed has balcony with nice river view. I ended up taking some incredible photos of swans and sunrise.

There is a train line very nearby and during my stay there was a cement truck performing work outside my room. That work commenced earlier than I planned to wake on the day of my checkout. Room was great.. just a bit noisy for my taste.
