The room was cleaned and linen changed every day. Food was excellent and they serve a variety of local cuisine which is what I was looking for. The grounds was well maintained and cozy and location is not too far from New Kingston. We enjoyed our stay there, would book again.

Even though my stay there was only 2 nights. The experience was amazing. Well prepared breakfast each morning was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. The only flaw to the room was the shower opening. When taking a shower, the water splashed and pooled outside quite a bit.

The front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The bedroom was clean and had no unpleasant smells. The bathroom was clean and the shower curtain was spotless. The restaurant staff was polite and attentive. Kalliesha was my server for both dinner and breakfast and she was courteous and polite to everyone. She encouraged me to try dessert which was delicious and a generous helping of bread pudding hit the spot for me. If I have to visit Kingston again, it will be at Altamonte Court Hotel.

I liked the location of the property that it's close to Knucksford Blvd, hence to public transportation, Emancipation park and the commercial area. I noticed that parking is available on site to people who rented vehicles. I also liked the trees at the locale, and having a balcony which I used regularly. The facility was clean; cleaned daily by the staff. I love that the bed sheets and linen smell like fresh laundry. The mattress was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious, with local menu: the staff was engaging and pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Looks better in person. Hopefully the owner upgrade the furnitures. Has lots of potential to be bigger and better because they did an excellent job with training their staff- very delightful, professional, pleasant and welcoming. Resolved issues quickly. Unfortunately it took 3 goes to get a comfortable room. First night we were unable to sleep due to the noisy building works carried out and the sound of generators. Breakfast was not nice, the fried dumplings were so tough neither me nor hubby could break a piece. The fried fish dinner was extremely over priced and tasteless. At every meal we left most of it. However most staff were courteous and professional. Hotel is in a great location but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again especially as we found several giant Red Ants in the bathroom, in the sink, on the bathroom wall and in the bath, and these ants are known for biting really badly.
