I had to wait for check in due to only clerk having to be on phone. Once checked in and up to the room, the bathroom was dirty. It is very disconcerting to find pubic and other hair scattered about the bathroom. Back to the front desk to get a new room. The clerk seemed more concerned about making sure we knew it wasn't her fault instead of just apologizing and getting us a new room. The second room was clean. However, the air conditioner didn't hold the temp even. It either was too cool or didn't work and was too warm.

We enjoyed every detail regarding our stay at this hotel except the free breakfast. Maybe it is the standard now to serve precooked egg omelets but that is not our preference or our best experience. The place was super clean. The staff super friendly. The hot tub was nice. The bed was AMAZING. I will stay here again regardless of the breakfast.
