The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. The facilities has 2 buildings, one where we were located was the closest to the freeway and busy intersection, not for light sleepers. The second building sat back a little farther back and possibly not as loud from trucks and cars. I ask if I could be placed in the main building and was told that since I booked the room online they would not change my room, beware of how you book the room. Additionally, if you are in need of a refrigerator and or microwave, not all rooms have them, the ads do not tell you this.

Breakfast IS NOT included. There's nothing, when asked about it the clerk stated "Yeaaah they need to change that." Property was decently clean, not too loud at night but I can tell there are times when it is.

as long as you are in the main building three rooms are excellent you definitely get more room for the price. clean kept up no complaints. On July 6th it was my first time experiencing the separate building in the back it was nothing like the main building, completely opposite, writing on the wall marijuana drawings on the door and Roachs in the bed. I am in the process of seeking a refund but unlikely

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself was in pretty rough shape. Most of the rooms on the bottom floor reeked of cigarette smoke and when we did get a room that didn’t smell like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes, the door wouldn’t lock, you could open it just by twisting the handle, no key needed. We went through 5 rooms before we had one that had a door that locked and didn’t smell of cigarette smoke. The laundry was also broken. Aside from the previously mentioned, the rooms are rather dated and the bathroom/ tiling was stained and in rough shape. The AC in the room worked extremely well though, and the pool was opened the day before we got there, so that definitely helped.

Arizona trip

We stayed at the Silver Queen Inn from 05/18 through 05/22, on Kingman, AZ. The motel room was very clean. It's dated, but we found the room to be comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent always asking if we needed anything for the room. The complex is quiet, other patrons we're quiet. We will stay there again.
