there was a delay at check-in due to manager availability to work the computer. there was delay at check-out due to printer issues. the in-room refrigerator did not cool. Other than those, everything from the pool, to the breakfast, to the exercise room, to the room itself were great.

We booked they stay so our kids could swim in the pool. It was down for service and the lady at the front desk was not concerned at all about finding when it was going to reopen. I was just trying to see if it was going to be before our check out. I would have booked another hotel had I known the pool was down.My bathroom floor was also dirty.

The bed was very comfy & had clean sheets. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning the carpet & the bathroom floor. There were food crumbs on the floor when we arrived & when I went to the bathroom & shut the door, there was a pair of someone else's wadded up dirty socks in the corner behind the door. It looked like the corners & edges of the floor had not been swept or mopped as I saw lint, crumbs etc also in the corners of the bathroom & behind the door. There was a thick dirty streak behind the door & by the front edge & corners of the tub. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like dirty socks & there were wrappers along the floor & an apple core that sat in front of a door all night.

The beds are extremely high off the floor; this was a problem with my back and leg arthritis. The bathtub had no safety tread or mat and was very slippery.
