“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“Booked this as a last-minute room for a local event. Paid £130 for the room, knowing that I would be sharing a bathroom with another guest.
Initial contact was through Expedia messaging where I outlined that I would be arriving late due to disrupted ferry times and if it would be possible to pick my key up after arriving after 11pm. Received a message saying that they could leave my room key somewhere for me to pick up as well as one that said 'You are aware there are no ferries that operate...
