“The wi-Fi was not very good”

“This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. It is a nice location with easy access from the highway. The breakfast was fine but they seemed a little short staffed when we were there... we had to ask for some hot foods to be refilled. The staff was apologetic and very friendly.”

“I asked the desk staff for a receipt after he obviously typed in my credit card number and got the debit machine receipt. He said I paid for my room on line when I booked (and that's where to get the receipt) but if I did, why did he just enter my CC into his machine? He grumbled a bit be gave me a pseudo receipt. I went back on expedia and it said I paid at the hotel and so there was no receipt. I needed it for work to reimburse me.”
