“It was a wonderful experience. I stay at Winkel with my two kids. The private onsen was a very special experience. I appreciated that the hotel receptionist responded my emails promptly and called a jumble taxi for us in advance to bring my suitcases and us to the Otaru station. Highly recommend.”
