“They upgraded us to an air-condition tent and that probably makes my review better since it was 95° during the day. The Glam tents were great. The resort itself is nice. The restaurant is good, not great for food but the people are nice. Nice. There is a swimming pool that works. While we were there okay, half of the place was closed because of damage from typhoons. You were there at the very end of April, 2026. There weren't many places to hike so there wasn't that much to do.. The Pearl farm...

“This is an eco resort, located south of Broome (a good 1 hour 30 minute drive including a section on an unsealed road). The beach is perfect and the accommodation was comfortable. Staff were helpful and very enthusiastic.”

“Great place to stay ,bus stop out the front which gets you all around Broome, clean rooms ,will say the water pressure in the showers not the best. Pool,.BBQ area , friendly helpful staff.”

“The biggest problem was the breakfast. Very poor quality on offer for the price. The machine coffee was terrible. I made one cup and tipped it in the garden. Also UHT milk used for cereal rather than fresh milk. We'd have been better just going to STK at the Seaview Shopping Centre down the road. The food there run rings around the Oaks.”

“Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? ”

“Kimberley Croc Motel is perfectly located centrally in Kununurra for shops and also walking to Mirima NP and Kelly’s Knob. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need and in addition there’s a beautiful oasis in the central courtyard, a pool area, a communal kitchen and a laundry on site. There’s also a complimentary airport shuttle. Thanks again for a great stay, highly recommended.”

“Great location and felt very safe. Was super quiet overnight. The studio was cosy and comfortable. Only issue was the mouldy and not clean bathroom.”

“As a disabled person, when I booked thru Expedia We were given a pool view room. Unfortunately this was on the first floor with no lifts. I was reallocated downstairs garden room which was excellent. The Ocean pool entry gate has a pullup Device which is ok for blokes but many women including my wife could not reach. Maybe they could lower it a bit.”
