The Vero was a great stay in Killarney! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. There is ample parking if you have a rental car and a pub right across the road. It’s a quick 15 minute walk to downtown!

I loved this hotel and will be back. My family and I stayed in a family room with king size bed and fold out sofa. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. Maher gave us such a warm and genuine welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I loved this place. The decor was so inviting and I was greeted by Maher, an energetic and kind young man who helped me with several issues involving transportation to other places All of the staff were so friendly and caring. The meals on the morning were excellent with personal cooks preparing our requests. it was worth the Extra fee for breakfast. The Vero was excellent and this despite the renovations currently underway. The staff worked around this disruption to provide excellent assistance at helping us and providing for our comfort. The Irish breakfast were excellent and of high quality. Without hesitation we would stay at the Vero in our future travels.

Staff were very attentive, keen to cook your breakfast to order. Our room and en-suite felt newly renovated. It felt a little strange that there wasn’t any collective space (lounge, bar or garden) to be able to sit in and relax outside your room. There are limited car park spaces but if they run out they have an arrangement with neighbouring hotels. You can easily walk into town (15-20 minutes) and you can turn out of the hotel directly onto the road for driving the anti-clockwise tourist route and avoid the queue through town, which saves time on a daytrip.

It’s hard to give a fair critique as they were under construction while we were there. However the room was beautiful. No electricity in the bathroom otherwise very modern and stylish. The breakfast was really well done. A great location for accessing the national park. Lots of places to eat in area and walk.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Vero! Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and everything looked brand new (looks like it has just been renovated!). Our room was stunning, and the bathroom was exceptionally well designed with a real luxury feel. The team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and incredible value for money, with a great selection to start the day. The location is also fantastic—convenient to everything while still being a peaceful place to relax. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Killarney. We can’t wait to come back!
