Mattress

My only issue was mattress, let them buy quality spring mattress. The ones there are old and sink when you sleep causing backpain.

I made a reservation and upon check in the room was flooded with water from the leaking sinks, asked for the room to be changed but the receptionist on that day her name is Peninah said that was the best. The following day instead of your staffs compesenting me they said the room they gave was what I booked for and that all the cheap rooms are in that state. Is that what you sell to your clients? Flooded rooms? I had to pay 10USD Extra for single occupancy for a decent room. That's being reaped off you don't offer what you sale. No receipts, reservation check in paper or any documents presented to a client. Very unprofessional and as a client that paid for better and expects value for money, It's only fair to be compesented

Wifi was bad, food was bad, at lunch almost puked the chicken. It was so dry yet raw from the inside.

Initial reception wasn't so good due to mix-up in reservation and staff on ground not gaving information of my reservation, but rest of the stay was very fine.

Good value for money, excellent stay

Rooms are a bit basic but clean and everything works. The best mosquito nets we have seen in a long time! Very nice, large, pool! Good (Italian) food. Nice gardens and grounds, including lots of cheeky monkets! Excellent value for money. We enjoyed and will be back!
