“Can’t say enough good things about this property! The location on the lake is fabulous and it is on the way to Connemara National Park and the coast. The two sitting rooms with fireplaces were a welcome refuge after a day of hiking and sightseeing . We were able to walk by the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. “The Boat Inn is an incredible spot to stay in while visiting Oughterard or Galway. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The check-in is really easy. I would highly recommend staying here. Plus it is in the middle of everything so you have plenty of food options and if you like nightlife it’s perfect.”
