Nona Lani Cottages exceeded our expectations. Not a fancy resort. Just a nice, homey feeling with such friendly staff. The kitchenette was perfect for our 5-night stay. The rooms were comfortable, the front porch inviting, and the ocean view perfect. Kīhei is the perfect spot.

The room was clean and had a nice little kitchen. The beach was literally right across the street. Each cottage had a cute little outdoor patio & table/chairs, as well as a hose thankfully to rinse our feet off. The cottages have air conditioning units, though they're not particulary strong; however, that did not take away from our stay there. This is a cute family owned business and everyone was very kind and welcoming!

Staying at this ocean cottage was wonderful. The cottage owners are warm and caring and take pride in creating a comfortable, thoughtful, and memorable experience. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained—cozy, clean, and perfectly situated just steps from the beach. Waking up in the morning and going to sleep at night to the sound of the ocean waves was restorative. What truly set this place apart were the little extras that made beach days effortless and enjoyable. The provided beach chairs, lush beach towels and beach umbrella were all in excellent condition and made lounging by the water incredibly relaxing. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with care, hospitality, and thoughtful amenities. We can’t wait to return!

We decided to stay at the Nona Lani cottages to get away from a big hotel experience and it did not dissapoint. It's an authentic beachfront Hawaiian experience. We loved the ability to cook our own meals, particularly with the time change. I'm not sure you can get a coffee at 3am at one of the larger hotel chains. The cottages are super cute and the hosts are fantastic and are a wealth of information. They provided us with beach chairs and gave us information that only locals can provide. Thank you very much - we will be back.

I can’t say enough how incredible the service and the place are. Elena is very accommodating to the core. It is close to the beach, across the road, and convenient to all other tourist location in the island. Definitely recommended.

Nona Lani Cottages are cute cottages in a wonderfull garden setting. The beach is just across the road. The owner is a lovely lady who is friendly and very helpfull. I like that it is a local business and not part a big company. If you are looking for privacy, amazing flowers, and some nice relaxing time, the cottages are a great choice.

Very beautiful property right across from a walkable beach ! We had a late check in and hosts gave clear directions and even met us. Cottage had a kitchen and everything you need to cook and even a Brita water pitcher in fridge. Grounds were gorgeous and lots of parking !Close to lots of shopping and dining . Will stay here again if we visit Maui again. Thank you !

This place is a treasure. The cottage we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The staff was so kind and courteous. I give this place 10 stars. Although the pictures posted are indeed the rooms available they just don't do this place justice. The grounds are beautiful. I would choose these cottages over a big resort ANYTIME!! To say I'm highly pleased and impressed with our stay is an understatement

We liked our cottage and their lovely manicured gardens so much! Everything you will need is inside. Air conditioning even in each room! The kitchen contains the essential equipment to cook!! We prefer living like this compare to a big hotel. This location is charming and safe. The beach is secluded, tranquil and allows for long walks. The hostesses are a delight! We paid $13 to Uber to take us to Kihei villages where restaurants, shopping and music abound. Recommend Nano Lani big time!

Nona Lani jus felt like Hawaii. The grounds were lush and so well manicured. The staff was extraordinary. So accommodating and available. We loved our cottage. Could see the beach and watch the sunset from our porch. Could have asked for more.
