Overall, a very nice unit; very clean, modern decor, well stocked, nice ocean & pool view from the balcony (although sunset was not viewable due to another building). Slight street noise intermittently heard. Beach chairs (4), and nice beach towels included. Staff very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Convenient (via short drive) to restaurants, bars, & shopping with free parking readily available… which was rare in other regions!

We stayed for 12 days and didn't want to leave. This place is in a great location, right on the water and close to many restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed touring the island and spending time on the patio. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the working ice maker! The bed was a little hard for me but my husband didn't seem to mind. The beach in front of the condo is pretty rocky but you don't have to go far to find several very nice white sandy beaches. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance!

The condo was excellent. Very spacious and updated decor. The balcony was beautiful and the ocean breeze coming through the screen doors while you sleep makes it worth every penny. Hosts were very responsive and left us a basic "guide to maui" would definitely stay here again

The place was clean and well maintained, but unfortunately the listing description was not very accurate when it came to the space and accommodations. It was advertised as suitable for four people, but in our experience, it was much better suited for two. With four guests, the space felt cramped and the sleeping arrangements were not comfortable or practical. I would recommend this property for a couple or two guests rather than a group of four.

Very enjoyable stay in our condo for a week. All mod-cons in excellent condition - oven, micro, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine all appear ‘as new’. Excellent shower and roomy living area. Nice view of the beach and pool below. Air-con maintained a comfortable temp across all rooms. This condo met our expectations in all respects. Excellent communication from the hosts. Quiet area and short drive to all the nearby beaches and restaurants.

The view and the property were beautiful and the unit was completely furnished and not missing anything. There were only two minor surprises, however. First was a partial road closure of South Kihei Road because of heavy rains and subsequent flooding from the week before, but we were able to go around without too much trouble. Second was the instruction to go to the wrong building (Plumeria instead of the correct Anthurium) but another resident recognized the lower ranged unit number belong to the other building (which we would have checked out anyway). We loved our stay and highly recommend this property and the management.

The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. The owners really put a lot of thought into the appointments and the decor is lovely. The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed watching the whales from the balcony, what a treat! The location is also very convenient and easy to access groceries, great dining options, snorkeling, and gorgeous sunsets.
