The front desk staff in the mornings were wonderful. The room was comfortable and the AC worked great. There was parking on the property which made spending time on the beach easy because we did not have to find parking. The beach within walking distance was very nice.

The beach view was great!! The staff was excellent, they came by after the fourth day and asked to if we’d like our bed sheets changed. Also provided us more bath towels without asking. I love this place!! Would definitely be back again!! Only one minor problem was a few bugs on the kitchen counter a couple of times. Overall Excellent!!

Everything was fantastic here. I really want to commend the staff everywhere in this establishment. I mean, they are just fantastic. Their attitudes, their beautiful, they got moocho courtesy and care. I've never stated a place that was so wonderful. Honestly, it was everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time. The room was perfect. It was everything was clean if I ever get back out there again.That's where I want to stay.Y'all are the best maui no ka oi Maholo Nui Loa

Unit q202: needs a very deep deep cleaning. Sofa musty and should be replaced. Black mold in shower grout. Silverware glassware not clean. Tiny ants on kitchen counter! Would not stay here again. Only redemptive quality is the beach right across the street.

Our stay at this place was great. The location right on the beach was unbeatable, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the coast. Highly recommend!

Love my trip with the aircon off.

Everything was superb. The only issue was the ‘in window air conditioner (the king you find at roadside motels) that was super loud and vibrated hard enough to shake the sliding glass door beside it. So, if you like that white noise, cool. I was there in the Winter, so open windows with no air conditioner worked fine.

I like that this property was quiet because some of the older condos are not. I like that the one bedroom had 2 bathrooms. Many condos have only a view of the parking garage and the lanai is narrow and noisy if the AC is running. There is no elevator to the parking garage and you have to park on the second or third level. This is fine unless you're alone and have to haul your stuff to your car. Not enough shade umbrellas at the pool and no beach gear in the condo other than towels. We had to go to Walmart and buy a cheap chair and shade umbrella for my 80 year old mom. Otherwise I love this location especially for the price. Great beach across the street and stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Family-friendly, clean rooms, and just couple walks to the beach. The front desk was very helpful to answer your questions. The hotel charged $25/night for amenities.Free parking but hard to find parking next to the room. We had to park on the third floor parking. The down side was only one window AC in the living room. The bedroom didn’t have the AC. So, we have to open the bedroom doors to allow cool air coming thru from the living room.
