Best hotel stay EVER. Incredibly attentive and helpful service. Too many detailed amenities to mention. Easy to navigate. Large butvfelt cozy. Beautiful setting. As close to perfect as you csn get this side of heaven.

Beautiful property, excellent amenities.
Only thing is that it can get busy, reservations for restaurants are a must.

Exceptional! Everything was perfect! The room was upgraded with an amazing view! The staff is so kind and attentive! The pools are great and there’s a trail filled with perfect views! Can’t wait to come back here! Perfect vacation with a little one!

Don't book the Mountain View
Posted Dec 12, 2023 on HotelsBe wary about the "Mountain View" rooms. Our first room looked out over what looked like a big propane tank. We asked to be moved and got slightly upgraded to the back of a fence and a dumpster. They all appear to be over the parking garage, so the balcony is quite useless for what you would hope to use it for on a luxury tropical vacation. Normally I wouldn't mind, but Maui is a trip that took 10 hours of travel and a huge budget. For this type of trip, at a hotel this fabulous, it was a big disappointment that any room would be this much of a bummer.
