A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist and complaints promptly addressed. The rooms were very neat and facilities therein all worked. Also, the WiFi worked well, was reasonably stable and fast, although there may be need for more routers to further improve it's stability especially as you move deeper into the rooms. Generally, I enjoyed my stay there.
