Great option in Kigali, particularly if you have an event at the convention centre, which is an easy 15-minute walk, with just one short steep stretch as you leave the hotel. Other pro's: - Newish building, modern design - Friendly, helpful front desk staff - Spacious room, decent kitchen area - Comfortable bed - Fitness room (though a bit small/crowded) - Breakfast buffet (not a huge selection, but good quality) - Good WiFi Cons: - The shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, except by a curtain, so water ends up all over the floor. This seems like a common design in the region, but I found it really irritating.

The hotel was clean, quiet and with friendly staff that gave you all the help you needed. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff was fantastic both morning and evening. The room was large and well equipped. The location is convenient with all you need within walking distance. We were very happy with the place and can recommend it for anyone.

For example, the cooking exhaust vent was not connected to the outside, the shower stall had a curtain, so water spilled onto the floor, towels had to be requested every day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was far worse compared to other places.
