My first impression was the front desk. Joyce was very helpful, friendly, and serviceable. I also like the 24/7 restaurant service and breakfast was good. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kigali.

I wanted to give an excellent review, because most of the staff were awesome. Unfortunately, I was double charged for my laundry service. Other than that issue, it is a decent place to stay and the price for the room was more than reasonable. Kudos to the majority of the daily workers who are very courteous and friendly
