“Not fully open. Not advised on the app. Therefore breakfast is served at a later hour and to the room with not many options. 2 days I had no water to shower or brush my teeth in the morning, no warning offered by the hotel. They keep a diposit. Also not advised in the app, don’t appreciate that. It’s a great concep hotel and food at the restaurant was good. Nothing is in any other language other than local. Wish it was managed differently.”

“Slapen in een prachtig nieuw hotel. Dat is bijzonder ! Mooie inrichting, prachtige kamer, heerlijk bed en bad. Geluidsdichte kamers, lekkere douche en wc apart. Personeel is supervriendelijk en de bar is mooi ingericht. De stad ligt om de hoek en het hotel ligt in een rustig zijstraatje. Zwolle is en hele leuke stad. Heerlijk weekend gehad.”

“Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ideal gelegen und die Bilder im Internet zeigen dass, was da ist. Was uns jedoch ein wenig gestört hat, sind die Massen an Spinnen, die außen am Fenster waren, die Möblierung ums Bett (hohe Nachtischablagen und Ablage direkt über dem Kopfteil, so dass sitzen im Bett nicht möglich ist) und es fehlte, entgegen der Angabe bei Expedia, die Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.”

“Het enige wat je zou kunnen opmerken is dat met de huidige klimaat veranderingen een airconditioning op de slaapkamer erg plezierig zou zijn in plaats van een ventilator. Verder hoef je niet te klagen als je bij herberg de Swaen bent. Ze serveren een uitstekend ontbijt hebben in hun ijssalon, heel lekker ijs en niet uitgebreide kaart maar wat er op de kaart staat, smaakt voortreffelijk.”
