Hotel nie dotrzymał umowy, którą zawarliśmy w momencie rezerwacji. Dziura na końcu świata, skandaliczna obsługa w restauracji, kelner wypraszający gości po 2200. Weekend w Kielcach

Na ogólną średnią ocenę wpływa to, że mimo informacji w rezerwacji o bezpłatnym parkingu chciano nam go doliczyć do ceny i zasugerowano, że nie potrafimy czytać ze zrozumieniem. Śniadania ogólnie dobre. Dobra kawa. Minusem był brak kakao/gorącej czekolady oraz mały wybór pieczywa (nie było zwykłych białych bułek bez dodatków). Na plus cisza w pokoju, wygodne łóżka.
