A good experience.

Room: as expectet for the price. We had a good experience. Breakfast: Feels like the breakfast facilities is dimentioned for half the hotel. Really difficult to find somewhere to sit. Its also really inefficient since most of the tables ar for 6 people. Since most of the customers are 2-3 people this lead to a lot of empty seats no one can use. Service: One of us had ordered an uber after check out. It got cancelled for some reason. The reception helped an got a taxi there within 2 minutes. Thousand thank you as we say in Norway.

Fine and no noice.

We had a room on 10th floor with a very nice view over the city and harbour. The hotel is new and good sound isolated, we did not hear any notice even though our room was next to the elevator. Rooms are not big, but fine.The free breakfast is ok, but to many people and staff have a very hard time to fill up,so unless you go early expect quees.

Gefallen hat mir die Sauberkeit an sonst frühstück nicht so toll das frühstück Zimmer waren sehr voll und laut das Essen war nicht vorhanden müssen man immer fragen ob es gefüllt .

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel, da es sehr zentral liegt. Allerdings hat das Hotel ein Problem mit der Peak Hour beim Frühstück. Bereits das erste Mal vor 2 Jahren gab es große Probleme damit. Es ist leider nicht besser geworden. Vielleicht sollte das Hotel Management Zeitslots für das Frühstück vergeben und mehr Personal bereitstellen (Nachfüllen von Buffet, gebrauchtes Geschirr, neues Geschirr etc). Es ist schade, da das wirklich stressig ist. Die Hilton Gruppe hat normalerweise einen anderen Standard.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen. Dafür wurde die Couch zum Bett umgebaut. Auf diesem Bett könnte man sehr schlecht schlafen. Alle Fenster des Hotels lassen sich nicht öffnen (bauliche Vorgabe). Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach und vieles in der Stoßzeit nicht vorhanden. Auch einen Platz zu finden war schwierig. Daher: für einen einmaligen Aufenthalt okay: tolle Aussicht, freundliches Personal. Für mehrere Nächte würde ich ein Hotel mit besserer Frühstückssituation wählen.

Das Zimmer mit 20m2 umfasst alles wie Schlafraum, Bad ,Toilette und einem länglichen Tisch mit Fernsehgerät sowie einem Drehstuhl. Der Durchgang zu den Betten ist auf 40 cm begrenzt. Die Einzelbetten (King size style) sind 1,20m breit was sehr angenehm ist. Leider war die Zudecke mit einem Aufmaß von 2,20 x 2,00 für ein Einzelbett zu groß, dies macht sicherlich auch dem Reinigungspersonal Schwierigkeiten im handling. Sie ist sicherlich für ein Bett von 2,40 (King size ) gedacht. Die dreifach verglasten Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden, was aber durch die Klimaanlage in Bezug auf Aussenluft ausreichend ist. Der Geräuschpegel in den Zimmern ist gleich null, das ist sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und beinhaltet Dinge die einem normalen Umfang entspricht. Der allgemeine Standard entspricht Hotels wie IBIS, Mobile one, NH und ähnlichen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel Ideal, unser Zimmer war sehr klein aber es hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche. In der Dusche gibt es Shampoo, Spülung und Duschgel, das war sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.
