The room is spacious and has adequate number of sofa. It also has an outdoor balcony. However, the room, the carpet, the bedsheets, the pillow cover, and the blanket cover are very dusty. It was hard for us to sleep because it was very dusty. I asked the bedsheets to be replaced the next morning, but they were not replaced although the receptionist said that they would be replaced. After the bedsheets were replaced on the third day, we could sleep well. The room is smelly. However, after we opened the balcony door, the smell was gone. The corridor on the second floor is smelly. It smells like a bad rotten cheese. There is no lift in the hotel. A nice and helpful staff helped us to carry our luggages downstairs.

Basic but nice hotel ideal for a stopover for 1-3 nights. Well furnished and very clean. Room & bathroom decent size and very clean. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Located in quiet part of town. Ten minutes walk to train station, shops, buses and the fjord. If in the area in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived 9pm and notice on the door to call for help. Lucky I had friends who dropped me and spoke German so I was able to get key to enter. Not safe for single person to go through that but thankfully I know the area

For the price I paid I felt it was OK. By no means great and fairly dated overall, but it was at a convenient and quiet location, and staff was very friendly and helpful

War alles soweit in Ordnung sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück war auch gut. An die Zimmer muss mehr drauf geachtet werden Staub im Zimmer und das Bad / Dusche muss besser mit Kalkreiniger gearbeitet werden.

Für eine Nacht vollkommen okay als Überbrückung um eine Reise zu starten von Kiel aus. Leider keine Möglichkeit Getränke zu erwerben, so dass man jeweils in die Stadt gehen muss. Direkt am Sophienhof gelegen, so dass es viele Möglichkeiten gibt.

Wir waren für eine Messe in Kiel dort eingescheckt. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle durchweg freundlich. Nachteil war hier lediglich das es für körperlich gehandicapte Personen es eher schwer ist in das Zimmer zukommen. Für einen kurzaufenthalt wo man nur zum schlafen einkehrt völlig ausreichend. Für ein Päärchenwochenende würde ich es jedoch nicht nochmal nehmen.

Saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage mit freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war recht klein bzw. eng, für eine Person ging es aber. Leider gab es Probleme, denn am Morgen konnte man nur kalt duschen. Zum Ausgleich wurde allerdings das Frühstück freundlicherweise nicht berechnet.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral und für 3 Nächte völlig ok....frühs beim Duschen 🚿 gab es nur lauwarmes bis kaltes Wasser....wahrscheinlich weil gerade ca. 7:00 Uhr ALLE geduscht haben. Ansonsten Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück war einfach nur SPITZENKLASSE. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig und vereinzelt Schimmel im Bad. Kein Aufzug im Hotel. Reinigungsteam verstanden weder deutsch noch englisch und haben mein Zimmer nicht gereinigt obwohl ich das Schild "Bitte reinigen" an die Zimmertürklinke gehängt hatte...aber dass alles hat wie gesagt das Sehr gute Frühstück wieder ausgeglichen. Das Hotel ist nur für höchstens 1- 2 Übernachtungen geeignet , es fehlt ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer und man kommt sich vor wie in einem Monteur Unterkunft, leider habe ich mich dort nicht wohl gefühlt,
