Too much people and not much service

It was a nice day large hotel had to travel distances to get to some of the amenities stay at the pool most of the day, but nothing fabulous or out of the ordinary

Beautiful hotel

My stay at the Conrad at Resorts World was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered an amazing pool view from the 39th floor. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The pools were beautiful and clean, making them a great place to relax. The entire property was immaculate, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend the Conrad to anyone looking for a clean, upscale hotel with outstanding service in Las Vegas.

Room overall is clean but shower water fixture shut off is not working well. It is dripping water even though at off position need to use strong force to turn & even more tighter to off position to stop the water dripping. The entry door lock latch is not tight so that the door able to move back and forward within the latch area while across & adjacent room slam their entry. Also, it is so noisy with the front door is not tight or seal. Therefore can’t sleep well as a not a deep sleeper due to all the noise.

This was THE best hotel experience I’ve had in years. I have absolutely no complaints. There is something for everyone and any occasion. Well worth every penny spent! I’m now working on my rewards.
