One of the best properties we have stayed in UK. Host and husband have shown great taste in decorating their property. Easy location to many attractions including the Cotswold district. Glad we found there place.

Exactly what we needed

A very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed this property and all of the facilities. Little attic sitting room/kitchenette was lovely. We preferred staying here to a hotel as more space for myself and my daughter for our one night stay - wish we could of stayed longer.

Great night

Really comfy bed, had no issues with parking. When we had an issue the owner was easily reachable and solved our issue. The room was cold on arrival but soon warmed up. Clean and adequate for what we needed. Would stay again.

Clean Comfortable accommodation

Enjoyable stay , was clean comfortable and tidy, lovely decent mattresses to !!! Overall good value for money. A couple of things could be improved, to make it excellent. There was no tea towel in our little apartment kitchen and very lilttle in the way of crockery and cultery .. Popped down to the communal kitchen also no tea towelsto be found , but did find some cutlery, two plates and wine glasses which we borrowed for the duration of stay and returned them when we checked out. Would stay there again and recommend to family n friends

I liked the bedroom with mini fridge tea/coffee making items. I liked the large shower and the fact it was quiet and warm. I didnt like small cups i think mugs would be better. The extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, there is a little mold around the shower tray. The bathroom floor needs grouting in parts. The garden is a big eyesore full of weeds etc not useable for anyone staying. The whole property was spotlessly clean. I had no english tea bags in my room but found some in the kitchen cupboard.

When we booked, the details stated pastries included for breakfast, but upon arrival nothing was available. When we queried, they told us it was a mistake and should have been taken off the website The family in the studio above us woke up at 6am and we could hear them stomping around, every word they said and singing happy birthday, before crashing out their door and the front door (directly next to our room) a couple of hours later. The room was nice and clean enough, but this is not somewhere you would stay if you want undisturbed sleep. It was ok for us for one night after a wedding, but we would not go back, certainly not for longer than one night

We arrived in the dark and struggled with the key safe, the numbers were lined up, or so we thought, but it wouldn't work. It was stiff and awkward with our luggage in hand. Got there eventually. The entry into the room was much easier! The property is divided up into studios. I thought we had booked a king room, but had booked 203, a twin which they adapted into one large bed. The room was quite small but nicely decorated. There was an en-suite shower room which was nice but the automatic light came on when we walked anywhere near the bathroom and so had to shut the door completely. Also the light went off when using the shower!! The linen was too small for the adapted king (2 x single beds), especially the quilt. If barely covered us both. The blind cord was frayed and so it didn't work and curtains were a bit short. A lovely kitchen was available for all units to use. We took our own breakfast and so made use of that. The property is conveniently situated to visit Woodstock, Oxford and surrounding villages. It was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives. The garden was not landscaped at all. It looked as though there is another unit going into the bottom of the garden. Overall I would recommend this property.

The Oxford studios was very cute and modern. It felt clean. There were some dishes that weren’t washed and instant coffee sachets that we open and not removed. Other than that very nice. Straight forward to enter the property. Communication with hosts was timely and efficient .

Comfy stop-over

Comfy room with warm bed and decent amenities, very good for a short Oxford stay. Door lock was quite fiddly, kitchen availability good but few utensils. Good location to get the bus into Oxford. Pleasant and quiet, a good night's sleep was easy to attain.

Comfy, clean, and all brand new. I liked the fact ot had a full kitchen downstairs. Works for me as I'm on the road a lot and i couod cook myself a healthy meal 👍 help and cook yourself breakfast was good also. Would definitely recommend to all.
