“View of the town and sense of history was great”

“We had a wonderful stay during our family reunion while visiting from the USA. The staff was exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay, and we look forward...

“Nice, modern and comfortable hotel. Staff excellent, location good. No kettle tea/coffee in room, and no glasses for the water provided (first hotel missing these things on our trip wich is almost 20 days in and 12 properties in)”

“feel like home in this place. The place was very clean and the staff was always very helpful. I hope more people could have this experience. Thank you King Palace Hotel!!”

“Good hotel to stay in Baddi”

“1. I had confirmed room booking. Reception said that rooms are not available. Room given had heavy odour of smoke. 2. Wifi was not operational. ”

“Beautiful property. Clean spacious rooms. Can plan a two day trip to this place, which would include a day trip to Shimla. Kid friendly. Housekeeping is slow, very slow. Rest all was good. ”

“Good staff good breakfast nice room”

“Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.”

“Very good stay staff very helpful very clean ”
