“The accommodation was within walking distance of all we wanted to see & go to. It was the middle of winter, yet in our room, we were very comfortable & warm. We didn’t feel the cold whatsoever. Very clean & had all we needed for our two-day stay in Kiama.”

“We had an oceanfront cabin which was lovely, beach was nice, area was quiet. Cabin was very comfortable. AC in living area but just a fan in main bedroom, no fan in kids room. Clean, full kitchen. Kids pool was warm which was nice coz weather wasn't great. Splash park was fun but water was freezing! Still good fun and nice stay overall.”

“After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand. When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...

“It was comfy for a family. Good price, enough space and clean. The only odd we can think about is that it hasn't got Wi-Fi at the bedroom, only in the bar.”
