“The rooms were pretty decent but had issues with the bathroom exhaust which was not working properly hence emitting foul smell in the room. Breakfast was not at all upto 4 star standard in terms of spread and taste. ”

“Delicious food and good hospitality.”

“Beautiful location and very close to mandir ' Hotel has accommodated really well and has been very helpful and kind. Whole team and management were very friendly. This hotel is very close to the temple- Chintapurni Mata Mandir so it worked out well for us. The food of the location is also very good.”

Toilet seats are too small and uncomfortable- it’s kids size only so anyone with good physique and height will feel very uncomfortable! Overall 3 star experience - could have been better as I have stayed in much better hotels in Palampur. This place is...

“excellent experience! ^-^”

“It is a very well located property and it’s nicely built. Much remains to be desired on maintaining part though but the staff is great. Highly recommended.”
