Overall very positive experience with the hotel. I got what I was expecting for the money I paid. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location. But surprisingly there was a kind of problem during check-in. They couldn't find my reservation made through Expedia in their system.So I needed to show my reservation in the app to get checked in. Also the transfer from/to Urgench airport is not free as it was promised when booking and costs around 15 $/€ But this is a reasonable price and all the transfers worked well for me.

Good modern hotel

The hotel seemed to be brand new and was not busy - maybe because it had recently opened. Therefore inside everything was very new and in excellent condition. No complaints about the hotel - it is in a convenient location less than 10mins walk from the old city gateway; the staff were friendly; and the room was clean and comfortable

スタッフの方々はあまりホスピタリティーという言葉を知らないようですね。あまり感じ良くなかったです。部屋の清掃も夕方以降だったりでタオルだけ変えてくださいと伝えたのですが、ついに来なかったです(苦笑)。 最大の問題点はVISAカードが使えないこと。このホテルを利用する場合は必ずカードで前払いにした方が良いですよ。私の場合、チェックアウト時にVISAで清算しようとしたのですが「カードはつかえない」と言われ一瞬真っ青に。リュックにあったドル紙幣をかき集めて何とか支払いを済ますことができました。ウズベキスタンに行く時は2、30万円分くらいのキャッシュを用意したほうが良いですよ。ATMでもカードが使えず大苦戦しました。

Hôtel très bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était simple, mais propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Les réceptionnistes étaient très accueillants. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la porte ouest de la vieille ville. En avril, la piscine était fermée.
