Great hotel with spacious room and very welcoming and helpful staff. They will go out of their way to help you. the breakfast was delicous and offered in room service. The bar bar was well stocked and coffee is fresha nd tasty. Free fast internet and parking. Bonus English speaking staff.

Disappointing

There is a very cheap furniture and bad equipment at the bathroom, the toilet seat is in very bad condition and the sink and faucet are moving. Also there’s at the bathroom slippery floor and when it’s a little bit wet there is a danger of slipping. The breakfast is very poor, it seems like a child made it.

Expected and attained standards

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, in easy reach of the main areas, a quiet road, and all rooms on the ground floor. Reception and staff helpful and a made to order breakfast. This is an ideal hotel for a shirt break or taking someone special to Kharkiv.

Well worth the stay.

Just a wonderful hotel. The room was on the street level but very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was lovely and immaculate. Robes, towels, bedding was fresh and plush. BREAKFAST, was a great list of items.... choose to your liking... tasty and served in your room.. this place was extremely pleasant.

It’s a cozy boutique hotel at the edge of a residential area but close to center of city (short taxi ride or 15-20 minute walk) and there are restaurants and shops and a lovely little Italian grocery and mini-cafe just down the street. I jogged every morning and it was a nice area, a small park nearby. When we arrived at the hotel we were a little skeptical of the location, but we found the hotel to be wonderful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was adequate and comfortable, breakfast was brought to the room. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.
