Tek sorun sigara içenler için.Sigara içmek için her defasında aşağıya inip dışarıya çıkılmasıdır.Temizlik iyi,personel güleryüzlü,isteklerin sorunsuz bir şekilde çabucak yapılıyor.Misafir geldiğinde hiç sorun olmuyor.şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama taksi ile 70-80 grivna’ya heryere çabuk ulaşırsın. Ben suit odada kaldım diğer odaları bilmiyorum .Gidersem yine bu otelde kalırım.

Comfortable, clean hotel

this is a very nice hotel. the staff are very friendly and they speak english. service is good, the breakfast is excellent. i would stay here again if I am ever in Kharkov again.
