Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and our room had a great view of the mountains. Definitely recommend this place over staying in town! And it’s close enough to walk around town should you choose to do so!

We had a great stay at KBar S Lodge! The property is beautifully spread out, offering a peaceful setting and lovely views of Mt. Rushmore from several spots around the lodge. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, scenic surroundings. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to start the day. The breakfast area itself is cozy and well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a meal before heading out to explore. Would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone visiting the Keystone area!
