The room was clean except for some dirt missed by housekeeping before our arrival. We were checked in by a friendly desk attendant but never saw another staff person the four days we were there except for housekeeping. We didn't use the hot tub but had coffee every morning from the front lobby. We really enjoyed our 2nd stay here and will be back!

In a beautiful setting. Lodge is a bit dated, but it was clean, convenient, and quiet. Our chief complaint was the mattress. It was so soft and sagging that it was hard to get a night's sleep--which was our main reason for booking the room--get some sleep before continuing a drive the next day.

The front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. The hotel needs work and updating. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a VERY long time and there was a dirty cup under the night stand. Bedding had stains and tears. The bathroom door gets caught on the toilet. We did not use the hot tub or laundry facility so cannot provide a review for them.

Great place to stay. Its 1 minute from Keystones River Run parking lot and a 2 minute walk to some great eateries. The rate is extremely competitive, especially for its location. Kyle was extremely helpful and accommodating upon arrival and gave us some great information for getting around town. I will definitely stay here again.

Check in was very unsafe. We had called the hotel to notify that we wohld be there after midnight and were told that our keys would be on the counter in an envelope with our name and room number on it. When we arrived, thats exactly what it was. An empty lobby with 2 envelopes on the counter, both with names and room numbers. One was ours and the other belonged to other guests. The room was sufficient, a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 refrigerators, and a huge bathroom. Blankets were tattered carpet was dirty, but the sheets were clean. Parking was plentiful. Just no customer service, not even upon checking out at 9am.
