Great spot, walking distance to most all sights. Staff was fabulous, attentive, and fastidious with keeping the room clean, fresh towels for the pool, and providing included breakfast and happy hour refreshments. Site is well manicured with lots of tropical plants; rooms could use some updates.

Room was great, the “room temperature “ pool was wonderful and the continental breakfast was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is wonderful, walking distance to everything but if you don’t want to walk everywhere I recommend renting a golf cart… fun and easy.

A great place to stay and always enjoy the property. It is conveniently located close to the harbor and Duval St. the mosquitos were awful this time and we weren’t able to enjoy the porch, and the ice machine went down but the provided ice at the office for us. Definitely recommend!
