I like the wrist band room key-so handy. Pool was heated-so nice. Had ping pong and cornhole games additionally to our surprise! Staff was very pleasant. And to much surprise room was cleaned and coffee restocked daily without asking.

The rooms were clean and even better, well thought out as to amenities. Didn’t swim in the pool though it seemed everyone else in the hotel enjoyed it! The view of the ocean from our room was wonderful to wake up to every morning! The hotel was also close to all the sights and stores anyone would need. Definitely stay here if you visit Key West!!!!

The room faces north with an ocean view, but there’s a fairly busy road in between, so it can be a bit noisy. The room itself is quite spacious and clean. However, compared to other hotels in the $400+ per night range, the facilities are rather limited — aside from a swimming pool, there’s not much else. Overall, the value for money is average.

We stayed in the double suite for our stay. This was perfect for our family of 6. There was free laundry offered on our floor with detergent complimentary from the desk (it does not take pods). The room was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was sufficient. The view was beautiful. Only downside of the larger room is that the balcony was very small, so we did not take advantage of it. The pool was great for the kids. The staff was kind and welcoming, especially Damar at the front desk and one of the service staff who we kept seeing moving towels I believe Charlton - so great!
