The location is pretty good, it's about a mile and a little bit more to Mallory square, but there are many things to see along the way. It has a nice Key West vibe to it, especially having the breakfast outside in the morning. And coffee is available 24 hours which we like

Property was cozy and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. I will say the room is very small so do not pack bulky items. There are some nearby restaurants, and nothing is too far away to get to. Only real improvement I'd suggest is the continental breakfast offering. Very minimal options, no eggs or hot food, nor were there any fresh fruit.

Great place in the heart of Old Towne. Our room was very comfortable and the common spaces were inviting. While there was not parking adjacent to the Guesthouse, other free parking was available not far away. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Its a smaller 2 story place with that Old Florida look and vibe. It's not luxury but my Queen Suite lodging was perfect for me. Two good-sized rooms with daily maid service. The bed was nice and firm. The breakfast was rather simple- good if you just needed a quick bite to start the day. Best of all was it was right outside my door, lol. Above the table were staff picks for good eating spots. And I want to give a gold star to the desk mgr (wish I could recall his name). Friendly yet professional, he was greeting me by name after the first introduction. He was great for restaurant advice, activity suggestions, or just to chat with. One important point, like almost all the hotels in the area, it's a non-smoking property - except they do have a tiny smoking area in the front corner. I only smoke 5 or 6 cigs a day, but I find that considerate.
