Great B&B in a great location in old town. Has all the charm of an old town Bed & Breakfast, a great refreshing pool, great continental breakfast and happy hour snacks. Nice landscaped grounds, plenty of spots to lounge/sunbathe/ read a book. Hot tub was cold which was a little disappointing. Bathroom could use a little upgrading but ample space. Would definitely stay again based on friendly staff and excellent location!

The location of this hotel is more than excellent- and for its age is maintained well! With a breakfast and a happy hour and and a pool and hot tub - awesome! Parking is always an issue in this area of key west (30 dollars for overnight at the hotel and 37 for overnight in city lot parking practically next door if needed.) Pricy but somehow seems reasonable. Just being here makes it worth it for me.
