Gorgeous property in a prime location right off Duval. The grounds are so pretty and maintained beautifully. The orchids were in full bloom and were amazing. Room was comfortable, but bathroom could use some updating. Would definitely return!

Everyone was super friendly and answered all of our questions. Even the obvious ones with humor and care. The person at the breakfast bar was super great. She gave us the first bagels out of the bag from the bagel shop.They were so fresh ( i cant remember her name) Our room was very comfortable and always well kept! I will stay here again!

Three friends and I recently spent four heavenly days at Simonton Cottage in Key West! I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The environment is magical and the warm hospitality of the staff makes the experience over the top!!! All four of us agreed that we couldn't get back to Simonton Cottage soon enough.
