My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and the relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The hotel exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

This was our very first day there and it was fabulous. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Key West, clean and neat, staff very, very helpful. Make sure if you’re handicap that you book on the bottom floor because the stairs are quite steep and there are no elevators. The exercise was good for me. Have a great day.

The resort was so nice and perfect for our family of 5. We were in walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store that has amazing breakfast. The lady that works the day shift ( I believe her name was Matilda) was so helpful and also helped us schedule a golf cart and an excursion making it super easy for us. We will be back to this resort for sure!

The resort had a very comfortable heated pool with nice grounds, chairs and tables. A staff member was always present offering free water and icee type drinks. Happy hour from 4 to 530 was incredibly generous and good. Rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. Our stay was enjoyable and we felt very pampered. We would return again for another vacation.

Pool bar was a complete joke-(close at 6 pm, no food, no entertainment, no social gathering whatsoever) After a busy day with the kids- coming back to a “resort “ that has food, cocktails, a lil music, and good conversations while kids swim until hitting the sack- that’s how to end the day. None of that happening here. I’ll trade the fancy room for a place that has better amenities
