We have stayed at the Santa Maria suites several times. We enjoy the facilities, two bedroom two bath units with full kitchens are fantastic. They do need to rehab the cabinets though and maybe a few other upgrades.

This place was beautiful! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is coming to KeyWest! Beautiful pool. The restaurant on site was delicious! Duval St was close and we could walk to all the little shops and restaurants!!

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, well decorated, and clean. The housekeeping did a great job taking care of us & our suite. The room was absolutely gorgeous as were the property grounds. The staff were incredibly helpful. There were all sorts of nice touches like daily muffins in the room, daily Dove ice cream bars stocked in the in room freezer, daily happy hour by the poolside bar. The pool was very nice, and much needed during our hot stay. I would highly recommend!!!

Property is fantastic and convenient. They lease to Onlywood Restaurant on the property. For some reason they don’t promote the restaurant. We ate there 2 out of 5 days. Service and food were tremendous. If you go for happy hour 5-6 you get great deals on both food and drinks.

First time to Key West and booked this on a whim. I just wanted something convenient but quiet and offering everything I would need if we wanted to stay in and not venture out. The rooms were quite amazing and everything accessible. The staff is always available for any need. Private parking for golf carts or whatever you have.

The room was excellent and housekeeping did a wonderful job. It was very nice to have two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. Overall, we were very comfortable with our stay. We were never able to reach guest services when we tried to call. I did not feel that the amenities really justified the price. But the room was lovely and location was great.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the excellent customer service and the relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. This was our very first day there and it was fabulous. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Key West, clean and neat, staff very, very helpful. Make sure if you’re handicap that you book on the bottom floor because the stairs are quite steep and there are no elevators. The exercise was good for me. Have a great day.

The resort was so nice and perfect for our family of 5. We were in walking distance of restaurants and a small grocery store that has amazing breakfast. The lady that works the day shift ( I believe her name was Matilda) was so helpful and also helped us schedule a golf cart and an excursion making it super easy for us. We will be back to this resort for sure!
