Rooms were clean. Hotel is close to all the bars and restaurants. Beach area is small & can get crowded. Depending on the wind, can get a lot of seaweed in water and on the beach. The chart room bar is a classic dive bar inside hotel. Service is great. No issues.

The room was wonderful, especially the Lanai! It allowed us to to enjoy quiet coffee by ourselves every morning and a peaceful night cap before bed. First time staying at Pier House. We really liked it. We felt that it was more chill than some of the other resorts we’ve stayed at. We stayed in the spa building which was quiet. Nice big room and bathroom. Food was really good at the beach bar. Had a lot of fun hanging out in The Chart Room every night. Didn’t get to take advantage of the pool or beach due to the weather. Looking forward to coming back again. Thanks for the early check in and late check out!!
