Eve at the bar was so kind. So were the people that were working the continental breakfast!! All the smoke alarms went off while visiting and maintenance took care of it pretty quick they were all very good and helpful

Excellent accommodations on all aspects of Key West. Food, lodging and amenities were all outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The bar had excellent drinks, breakfast was great every morning with great coffee. Ibis Bay resort is a paradise all by itself. Zero disappointments

The hotel has a great location, and I appreciated being able to check in early during the low season. However, the room lacked privacy. It featured a sliding door leading to a so-called “private patio” that was actually open for anyone walking by to see inside. We also had an unsettling experience when someone entered our room without knocking. Additionally, the on-site restaurant was disappointing. As someone with food allergies, I was frustrated that the chef was unwilling to modify the dish I wanted to order.

Very nice place to stay! Pool with bar is very nice plus really enjoyed all the hammocks and loungers by the beach. It was a little annoying to have to go to the restaurant to ask for ice and water since they don’t have any water fountains on the premises but the employees were all very nice about it.
