Marcelo at front desk is the embodiment of what a professional and welcoming desk attendant should be. After a long and exhausting trip, he made check in a breeze, was empathetic, and even checked to make sure we were settled and didn’t need anything after we went to our room. Large lobby with a kitchen open for simple dinner into the evening. Lovely pool with bar even though we sadly were not there long enough to utilize.

The room was good! The staff for the most part were great! The person who checked us in didn’t have a lot of knowledge about our options, but our questions were answered the next day. Also one of the electric outlets didn’t work.
