Heron House Court was excellent. The AC in the rooms was fantastic. Nice, quiet property away from busy Duval street. Plenty of places to eat, grab a drink or a coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay at Heron House. It offered great value for the quality and location. The staff were all top notch, helpful and friendly. At the front desk, Roman has a perpetual smile on his face and his positive energy is most definitely spread throughout the entire property. By far the staff is what makes this property great. Attentive, friendly, willing to help (within reason), fun to talk to in general. Recommend overall, rooms a bit cramped but the property allows for you to be outside and comfortable in many spots.

The room was clean but very small. Staff at front desk not very personable. Pool was heated but felt like a bathtub, especially in Florida summer should be a place to cool off . Parking is on the street if you are lucky enough to get a spot. Convenient and safe location
