Love our stay here. The location is the best , just two blocks from the heart of Duval , but quiet and quaint. The rooms were clean , small pool in the center. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast each morning. Will definitely be back !

The location was great and the building was as old and charming on the outside, what I was looking for. We were on the top floor ( no elevator so don`t pack much!), the lower level rooms were likely quite noisy . The AC did work and our room was cleaned well. The overall upkeep of the building is not great, amenities are very limited ( as expedia VIP should get 25% off food and drinks, but there were only few bottle of sodas/ water available, no food). The complimentary "chef curated " breakfast was definitely below expectations, this is a huge miss out for this size of an inn. The table not cleaned between guests etc. Afternoon Sangria happy hour at the pool was a nice touch.
